As we approach the end of the year, we've seen designers focusing on accentuating necklines and shoulders with off-the-shoulder, cold-shoulder, drop-shoulder and bubble sleeve designs. The romantic and historical themes have also surfaced along with jewellery pieces, which was mentioned in Chapter 15.

Fashion houses such as Osman, Naeem Khan, Dolce and Gabana, Proenza Schouler, as well as South African brand Erre have showcased the trend in their recent shows. It will definitely continue well into the 2017/18 seasons.

I have fallen in love with Balmain's resort wear for 2017. The pieces got me thinking about the Caribbean Islands. Take me there now! That's after Santa grants my wishes this Christmas.
