Lesson 5 of 2018

I've realised that happiness is a form of activity and not something you magically discover. We all have problems. Some greater than others. The fun only occurs when you find problems that you enjoy solving. The key word is "solving".

If you constantly avoiding your problems or you feel like you can't solve them, you'll end up making yourself miserable. To be happy we all need something to solve. You will not find your solution waiting for you on a street corner somewhere. You'll have to work it out, ask around for guidance if you have to, because happiness is a constant work in progress. The solution to today's problem will lay the foundation for those that will occur in the future.
