Music touches us emotionally where words alone can't. We witness this in the clean, spiritual nature of "Prayer", a song performed by American born Jeff "Siege" Siegel’s longstanding quartet comprised of saxophonist Erica Lindsay, pianist Francesca Tanksley, and bassist Rich Syracuse, with special featured guests, percussionist Fred Berryhill and South Africa's trumpeter extraordinaire Feya Faku on their collaboration album titled King of Xhosa. It's mood and message is thought-provoking.

The eclectic album, released January 2017, pays homage to Siegel’s counterpart Feya who's lineage is of Xhosa decent. They will be performing live at Just Badela Food and Wine on the 21st of June 2019.
