Lesson 4 of 2018

I have recently learned that nobody is too busy, it's just a matter of priorities. I deliberately avoid certain people to protect my mental, spiritual and emotional state, because my happiness comes first. 

There's only one thing that's more precious than time, and that is who and what we spend it on. Make yourself a priority, because at the end of the day you're your longest commitment.
